Initial Consultation (60 minutes - Telehealth or phone call), $220

Your first consultation is an opportunity for me to get to know you and understand your unique journey. We’ll explore your medical history, current diet, lifestyle, and personal goals. This session is all about laying the foundation—we’ll work together to create a tailored nutrition plan that supports your goals, whether that's fertility, women’s health, or overall wellbeing.

Nutrition Consultation - Review

Review Consultation (45 minutes - Telehealth or phone call), $130

Your review appointment is where we bring everything together. We’ll reflect on what’s been working well and identify any areas that may need adjusting. It’s a chance to celebrate your progress, troubleshoot any challenges, and stay motivated. Together, we’ll refine your nutrition plan to ensure it continues to support your goals and evolving needs.
